We are seeking an exceptionally experienced, polished, and highly organized Executive Estate Housekeeper / Household Manager to oversee the daily care, organization, and meticulous upkeep of a distinguished private residence.

This is NOT a traditional housecleaning position.

We are looking for a seasoned household professional with extensive experience working in luxury private homes, large estates, or high-net-worth households, who understands the exceptional level of service, attention to detail, discretion, and professionalism required to maintain a beautifully appointed home.

The ideal candidate takes tremendous pride in their work, possesses impeccable housekeeping standards, and has the ability to anticipate household needs while ensuring the residence operates seamlessly.

RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS

Luxury Estate Housekeeping

• Maintain the residence to impeccable, estate-level standards.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of proper cleaning and care of fine furnishings, antiques, delicate surfaces, luxury finishes, and specialty materials.
• Ensure every room is beautifully maintained, organized, and presented at all times.
• Possess exceptional attention to detail, with an understanding of the difference between ordinary cleaning and luxury estate care.

Professional Laundry & Wardrobe Care

• Extensive knowledge of proper laundering, sorting, stain treatment, fabric care, and garment preservation.
• Expertly wash, dry, steam, iron, fold, and organize clothing and household linens.
• Properly care for fine fabrics, delicate garments, luxury bedding, and specialty textiles.
• Maintain meticulously organized closets, wardrobes, drawers, and linen storage.

Fine Bed Making & Bedroom Presentation

• Demonstrate expertise in professionally making and dressing beds to luxury hotel and private estate standards.
• Properly handle fine linens, duvet inserts, decorative pillows, blankets, and layered bedding.
• Maintain bedrooms and guest accommodations in pristine, beautifully presented condition.

Household Organization & Management

• Oversee the daily organization and smooth operation of the household.
• Establish and maintain efficient systems for closets, pantries, cabinets, storage areas, and household supplies.
• Monitor household inventory and coordinate replenishment of necessary items.
• Assist with household scheduling, deliveries, appointments, and coordination of outside service providers.
• Prepare the residence for guests, entertaining, and special occasions.
• Proactively identify household needs and address them without constant direction.
• Provide general household assistance and support to ensure the home runs effortlessly.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Extensive, verifiable experience in private estate housekeeping and household management is REQUIRED.
• Prior employment in luxury residences, large private estates, or comparable high-end households.
• Exceptional laundry, wardrobe care, bed-making, and organizational skills.
• Ability to independently manage responsibilities and prioritize daily household needs.
• Impeccable personal presentation, professionalism, and communication skills.
• Absolute discretion, confidentiality, honesty, and trustworthiness.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, consistency, and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent professional references from previous private household employers.
