About the Role:

We’re seeking a motivated individual with hands‑on experience in home construction and property development. This position involves overseeing residential building projects, coordinating contractors, and managing property operations to ensure quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate home‑building and renovation projects

Manage property maintenance and improvement schedules

Work directly with contractors, vendors, and inspectors

Ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards

Oversee budgets, timelines, and project documentation

Support property management tasks including tenant coordination and upkeep

Qualifications:

Proven experience in home construction or property development

Strong organizational and project‑management skills

Ability to read plans and communicate effectively with builders and trades

Reliable, detail‑oriented, and proactive in problem‑solving

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between sites
