Experience Exterior Carpenter /Lead Carpenter

EXPERIENCED EXTERIOR CARPENTER / LEAD CARPENTER

R3 Maintenance & Construction is looking for a highly skilled, detail-oriented carpenter to join our growing team. We specialize in high-end outdoor living projects throughout the Charleston area including custom decks, pergolas, pool cabanas, outdoor kitchens, fencing, architectural trim, and specialty carpentry.

We are NOT looking for a production framer or someone who just “gets by.” We’re looking for a craftsman — someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to details, works efficiently, and can think through problems in the field without constant supervision.

The ideal candidate has strong experience with:

• Exterior carpentry
• Deck construction
• Pergolas & outdoor structures
• Architectural trim & finish work
• Framing
• Reading plans and layouts
• Problem solving in the field
• Working independently while maintaining high quality standards

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of carpentry experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Professional attitude and communication
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Own tools
• Ability to lead or assist crews efficiently
• Takes pride in clean, high-quality work
• Dependable and punctual
