Experience Mechanic & Rental Clerk

Seeking a dedicated and skilled Experience Mechanic & Rental Clerk. This position is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles and machinery. Must clean and wash machinery (Trucks, bobcats etc.) and have them ready for daily use and to be rented.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnosing problems, using diagnostic tools or visual inspection, then repairing or replacing faulty parts and systems
• Performing routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake services, and emission testing
• Liaising with clients, management and coworkers to understand vehicle / machinery needs, explain defects, and provide repair advice
• Keeping accurate work logs and maintaining clean, safe tools and equipment
• Keep inventory of Machinery / Vehicles daily
• Drive to pick up parts, machinery, vehicles and other mechanical merchandise
• Staying updated on new automotive technologies and repair techniques
• Adhere to safety policies and following manufacturer guidelines

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Mechanic / Automotive Repair & Service.
Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
Dependability – Job requires being reliable, responsible, dependable, and accountable for fulfilling obligations.
Attention to detail – Job requires being careful about detail and thorough in completing work tasks.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
Valid driver’s license
Must have the ability to pass a drug test
