Experienced abattoir- stun, bleed, dehair, cut in half ONE TIME JOB

Experienced farmer here but too old. All supplies here, need experienced guy to stun (.22), bleed, dehair, gut, then split in half. That’s it. You put the halves in our box to chill, to firm the meat, I’ll do the retail cuts and wrap to freeze after a day. Really won’t take much of your time. $100 flat fee. This is a one time job, possibly return to do others.
