Growing local air duct cleaning company is seeking a dependable, motivated technician to join our team.

This role is ideal for an individual with experience in air duct cleaning, HVAC, or a related field who is looking for a long-term opportunity. The right candidate will have the opportunity to grow into running jobs independently and eventually leading a helper.

Responsibilities:

• Perform residential and commercial air duct, dryer vent, and HVAC system cleaning
• Assist with job setup, walkthroughs, and cleanup
• Operate and maintain professional cleaning equipment
• Ensure quality workmanship and follow company safety standards
• Work efficiently as part of a team to complete jobs on schedule
• Help maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and equipment

Requirements:

• 1+ year air duct cleaning or HVAC-related experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability and willingness to learn, work well as part of a team, and grow into running jobs independently
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Comfortable with attics, crawlspaces, ladders, and roof access
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work throughout the day
• Strong customer service skills, positive attitude, and work ethic
