EXPERIENCED APARTMENT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN / HANDYMAN (ROVING)

Full-Time | Santa Monica to Echo Park | Truck & Tools Required
We are seeking a highly skilled, reliable, and professional Apartment Maintenance Technician / Handyman to maintain a portfolio of 7 apartment buildings located between Santa Monica and Echo Park.
This is a long-term position for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up on time, solves problems independently, and understands the demands of multifamily property maintenance.
Responsibilities

Complete maintenance work orders promptly and professionally

Perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, and general repair work
Turn vacant units and prepare apartments for new residents
Troubleshoot maintenance issues and recommend solutions
Conduct routine property inspections
Maintain common areas and building systems
Respond to occasional maintenance emergencies
Work independently while communicating effectively with management

Requirements
✅ Minimum 5 years of apartment maintenance or handyman experience
✅ Strong skills in:

Plumbing

Electrical
Drywall and painting
Carpentry
Door, lock, and hardware repair
General building maintenance

✅ Clean driving record
✅ Valid California Driver's License
✅ Reliable truck or pickup
✅ Own tools and equipment
✅ Ability to work independently without constant supervision
✅ Professional appearance and attitude
