Experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician – Immediate Hire

Branch at Medical is seeking a dependable, experienced, and results-driven Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team immediately.

Responsibilities include:

Completing occupied-unit service requests promptly and professionally
Preparing vacant apartments for move-in
Troubleshooting and completing general plumbing, electrical, appliance, and carpentry repairs
Maintaining common areas, amenities, and property grounds
Responding to emergency maintenance calls as needed
Providing excellent service to residents

Qualified candidates must:

Have prior apartment maintenance experience

Own the tools needed to perform the job
Have reliable transportation
Be able to pass a background check
Be dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Be available for emergency on-call duties

HVAC certification is strongly preferred.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Start Date: Immediate
