EXPERIENCED APPLIANCE REPAIR TECHNICIAN – $75K–$120K+ – SEALED SYSTEM

Precision Appliance Services is hiring experienced Appliance Repair Technicians in South Florida.

$75,000 – $120,000+ ANNUAL EARNING POTENTIAL

This is NOT an entry-level position.

We are looking for experienced technicians who can independently diagnose, estimate, sell, and repair residential and light commercial appliances.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years professional appliance repair experience
• Sealed system experience REQUIRED
• Strong refrigeration diagnostic skills
• Compressor replacement experience
• Evaporator and condenser replacement experience
• Refrigerant recovery and charging
• Vacuum and evacuation procedures
• Brazing and leak detection
• Electrical and mechanical diagnostics
• Ability to independently diagnose and complete repairs
• Professional customer communication
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to manage a daily service route
• Comfortable using a CRM, taking photos, and documenting jobs

EPA certification strongly preferred where applicable.

COMPENSATION OPTIONS

We offer multiple performance-based compensation structures ranging from 30% to 50%, depending on the technician’s preferred level of responsibility and company-covered expenses.

You should be able to arrive at a customer’s property, diagnose the appliance correctly, explain the problem professionally, present the repair, complete quality work, document the job, and provide excellent customer service.
