Experienced Artificial Turf Subcontractor Crews Wanted

FRX Landscaping is seeking experienced, insured subcontractor crews for residential artificial turf projects throughout Colorado Springs, Denver, and surrounding communities.

We are looking for dependable businesses interested in an ongoing subcontractor relationship. Quality workmanship, professional communication, and reliable scheduling matter to us.

SCOPE OF WORK

Depending on the project, work may include:

• Aggregate base placement, grading, and compaction
• Turf layout, cutting, seaming, and fastening
• Infill installation and power brushing
• Final cleanup and project walkthrough
• Existing sod removal and demolition, when required

Demolition is a separate scope and pay item. Not every project requires demolition.

Equipment responsibilities, site-access conditions, hauling, disposal, and any additional work will be clarified before a project is accepted.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Demonstrated artificial turf installation experience
• Current general liability insurance
• Reliable transportation
• Photos of completed installations and verifiable references
• Clear communication about availability, progress, and issues
• Willingness to document base preparation and completed work with photos
• Professional treatment of customers and their property
• Accountability for correcting workmanship deficiencies

COMPENSATION

Negotiated per project based on scope, site conditions, crew capabilities, and experience. Installation labor and demolition are priced separately. Rates and payment terms will be agreed upon in writing before work begins.

This is an opportunity for established subcontractor businesses, not an hourly employee opening. Work volume is not guaranteed.
