$30–$50+ PER HOUR – DEPENDING ON WHAT YOU CAN DO
We are looking for EXPERIENCED ASPHALT PEOPLE who know the paving business.
WE NEED:

• Rakers / Lute Persons
• Screed Operators
• Paver Operators
• Breakdown & Finish Roller Operators
• Skid Steer / Equipment Operators
• Experienced Asphalt Laborers
• Foremen / Lead Persons
• Class A Drivers with paving experience

If you can do more than one of these jobs, we especially want to talk to you.
KNOW HOW TO PAVE?
Then tell us what you can do.
Can you rake behind a paver?
Can you run a screed and hold grade?
Can you operate a finish roller?
Can you operate a paver?
Can you run a skid steer or loader?
Can you lead a paving crew?
Can you do several of these?
Your pay should reflect your ability.
PAY: $30–$50+ PER HOUR
Pay depends on:
EXPERIENCE + SKILL + EQUIPMENT ABILITY + LEADERSHIP
The more you bring to the crew, the more valuable you are.
