Experienced Asphalt/Landscaping Crew Member – Trailer Experience Requi

District Asphalt LLC is hiring an experienced, dependable crew member in the Ashland/Glen Allen area.

This is an outdoor construction position. Applicants must already have experience working in asphalt, sealcoating, paving, landscaping, grading, construction, or a similar physical trade.

Requirements:

• Experience driving and backing a truck with a trailer
• Experience using weed eaters and commercial backpack blowers
• Comfortable working around skid steers, rollers and asphalt equipment
• Able to lift 50–75 pounds
• Able to work outside in summer heat
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation to the Ashland/Glen Allen meeting location
• Dependable and able to arrive on time every day
• Available Monday through Friday and occasional Saturdays

Duties include preparing driveways and parking lots, weed eating edges, blowing pavement, loading and securing equipment, assisting with sealcoating and asphalt repairs, and cleaning jobsites.

Sealcoating, asphalt repair, paving, landscaping, grading, skid-steer or roller experience is strongly preferred.

This is not an entry-level position. Pay is based on your proven experience and ability. There is room to grow for someone dependable who wants steady work.
