Experienced Auto Body Prepper

We are looking for an experienced Auto Body Prepper who understands proper surface preparation and can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• REQUIRED: Previous auto body prep experience (no exceptions)
• Experience with sanding, masking, and surface prep
• Knowledge of primer application and prep for paint
• Ability to feather, block, and prep panels properly
• Familiar with using DA sanders and hand sanding techniques
• Attention to detail and quality control
• Reliable and consistent work ethic
• MUST HAVE OWN TOOLS

Responsibilities:

• Prepare vehicles and panels for paint
• Sand, mask, tape, and clean surfaces
• Assist painters by ensuring vehicles are properly prepped
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Follow shop procedures and safety standards

This is NOT an entry-level position. Must have hands-on experience.
