Experienced Auto Detailer / Paint Correction Specialist (3+ Years Exp)

Detail Doctors is looking for an experienced auto detailer with a strong background in paint correction and polishing.

This is not an entry-level position. We are specifically looking for someone with real experience working on automotive paint, who understands correction work and can deliver consistent, high-quality results.

We are a premium shop in Milwaukee working on high-end vehicles, focusing on precision, protection, and long-term quality, not rushed production work.

Requirements (Must Have):

• Minimum 3+ years professional detailing experience
• Strong experience with paint correction and machine polishing
• Ability to properly assess paint and choose the correct process
• Experience with cutting, refining, and finishing stages
• High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Reliable and professional

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Paint correction (one-step and multi-step polishing)
• Interior and exterior detailing
• Prepping vehicles for PPF and ceramic coating
• Maintaining high-quality standards across all vehicles

What We Are NOT Looking For:

• Entry-level detailers
• Car wash or dealership-only experience
• Anyone without polishing or correction experience
