EXPERIENCED AUTO DETAILERS WANTED – $60K–$100K+ FULL-TIME EARNING POTENTIAL

Derek’s Auto Detail – Seattle

We’re hiring EXPERIENCED AUTO DETAILERS who already have strong professional detailing skills and want to work in a busy, established shop with consistent vehicle flow and strong earning potential.

We’re looking for dependable people with a GREAT ATTITUDE, strong work ethic, attention to detail and the ability to work well with a team.

SCHEDULE

We’re open 6 days a week, Monday–Saturday.

Current opportunities are generally:

5–6 days per week
5–7 hour shifts
Morning shifts starting around 8:45 AM
Afternoon shifts generally 11:00 AM–4:00/5:00 PM
Monday–Saturday availability strongly preferred

COMPENSATION

While training and learning our shop processes and systems, you will be paid an HOURLY RATE, PAID WEEKLY.

Once you’re independently proficient in our processes and able to complete jobs to our standards, you’ll move to our PERFORMANCE-BASED COMMISSION COMPENSATION + TIPS PER JOB, PAID WEEKLY.

Our experienced full-time detailers average approximately $60K/YEAR TO $100K+ in total annual compensation.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You should have professional experience with many of the following:

Interior cleaning and detailing

Vacuuming and blow-out
Seats, carpets and upholstery
Shampoo / extraction
Exterior washing and detailing
Wheels and tires
Wax / paint protection
Clay treatments
Polishing
Paint correction is a strong plus
Final inspection / quality control

We’re also looking for someone who is:

Dependable and punctual

Comfortable working at a steady pace
Professional with customers and coworkers
Able to follow established processes
A team player
Coachable and willing to continue learning

A VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE IS PREFERRED.
