**Derek’s Auto Detail** is hiring experienced professional auto detailers for immediate part-time and full-time opportunities.
We’re looking for skilled detailers who already know how to perform professional interior and exterior detailing and want to work in a busy, established shop with strong earning potential.
**Positions available ASAP. Hiring this week: 8/9–8/15.**

# COMPENSATION
Experienced detailers are paid **commission based on the jobs they complete, plus tips.**
- Trained detailers average approximately **$25–$28/hr + tips**
- Highly experienced detailers with strong interior detailing and exterior paint correction skills can average approximately **$40–$45/hr + tips**
- **Our top detailers earn $60 - $90K+/year in total compensation, including commissions and tips**

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Ideal candidates have experience in some or all of this list below:
- Professional interior detailing experience
- Professional exterior detailing experience
- Strong vacuuming, cleaning and finishing skills
- Experience with shampooing and extraction
- Experience safely using detailing chemicals and equipment
- **Paint polishing / paint correction experience preferred**
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently without sacrificing quality
- Dependability and punctuality
- Ability to follow established shop systems
- Strong teamwork
- Professional attitude
- Customer service experience is a plus

SCHEDULE
- Monday–Saturday
- Morning and afternoon shifts available
