Experienced AutoCAD Operator

We are seeking an experienced AutoCAD drafter with a strong background in custom cabinetry and architectural millwork. This is a 1099 independent-contractor opportunity with payment determined on a per-project basis.

Responsibilities:

Create accurate shop drawings for custom cabinets and millwork
Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details
Translate architectural plans, field measurements, and design concepts into fabrication-ready drawings
Make revisions based on client, designer, or production feedback
Coordinate drawings with appliances, plumbing, electrical, and site conditions
Meet agreed-upon project deadlines

Qualifications:

Strong AutoCAD experience required

Previous experience drafting custom cabinets or architectural millwork required
Knowledge of cabinet construction, materials, hardware, and installation methods
Ability to read architectural and construction plans
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and communicate clearly
Reliable computer and current AutoCAD software

Compensation:

This is a 1099 independent-contractor position. Compensation will be agreed upon and paid per completed project based on its size, complexity, and required turnaround time.
