We are looking for an experienced automotive mechanic with strong leadership skills, a solid work history, and a team-oriented attitude to join our busy transmission and total car care shop.

We work Monday through Friday and offer extremely competitive pay for the right candidate. If you are an experienced technician who takes pride in doing quality work, knows how to properly diagnose vehicle problems, and enjoys working with a team, we'd like to hear from you.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

Significant professional automotive repair experience

Strong knowledge of complete vehicle systems, not just transmissions
Excellent diagnostic skills — the ability to accurately identify problems is a major asset
Strong leadership skills and the ability to help guide and support other technicians
Good attendance and a dependable work ethic
A positive attitude and the ability to get along well with coworkers
A willingness to help others and learn from others
The ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
Your own professional tools
A valid Colorado driver's license
A drug-free lifestyle/work environment+

About the Position:

We are a busy transmission shop that also provides total car care, so our technicians see a wide variety of vehicles and repair needs. A strong understanding of the entire vehicle — electrical, mechanical, drivability, brakes, suspension, engine, transmission, and related systems — is important.
We're looking for someone who can do more than simply replace parts. Proper diagnosis is extremely valuable to us. If you can accurately diagnose difficult problems, explain your findings, and determine the right repair the first time, that's a huge advantage.

Just as importantly, we want someone who understands that a great shop operates as a team. We're looking for an experienced mechanic who is confident in their abilities but is also willing to help, teach, learn, and work alongside others.
