Experienced Automotive Sales Counter Person – Parts & Labor

Motor Machine Super Shop is hiring an experienced Sales Counter Person to join our team immediately. If you know auto parts, can handle a high-volume phone line, and enjoy helping customers find the right solution, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Sell parts and labor to customers in person and over the phone
Manage a heavy daily call volume with professionalism and accuracy
Provide knowledgeable recommendations on automotive parts
Maintain accurate inventory records, including stock counts and reordering
Build strong relationships with repeat customers and trade accounts

What We're Looking For

Prior experience in automotive parts sales or a counter sales role
Strong phone and customer service skills
Comfortable with inventory tracking and organization
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment
Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player
Pay & Benefits

$19.00–$30.00 per hour, based on experience
