Experienced Automotive Service Manager

Established independent auto repair shop seeking an experienced Service Manager for a full-time position.

Responsibilities:

• Customer service, estimates, and repair order management
• Coordinate technician, parts, and daily shop workflow
• Ensure customer satisfaction and efficient shop operations
• Forecast goals and objectives
• Prioritize and distribute work within the shop
• Ensure quality service repairs are completed by doing quality checks

Requirements:

• Previous automotive service advisor or management experience
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
• Reliable, professional, and knowledgeable in automotive repair
• Valid state drivers license and good driving record
• Team oriented and self-motivated
• Able to work with minimal direct supervision
• Personal and professional integrity
