Experienced Automotive Technician / Mechanic

J&C Expert Auto Tech in Davie, FL is looking for an experienced, well-rounded Automotive Technician / Mechanic to join our team full-time.

Starting pay: $25 flat rate, with pay based on experience and ability.

We are looking for a technician who is truly well versed in automotive repair and diagnostics. The right candidate should be comfortable working on Asian, Domestic, and European vehicles and familiar with the various systems found throughout today's vehicles.

Qualifications:

ASE Certification required
Proven professional automotive repair experience
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Experience with Asian, Domestic & European vehicles
Knowledge of complete vehicle systems, including:
Engine & performance
Electrical & electronics
Drivability
A/C & HVAC
Brakes
Steering & suspension
Starting & charging
Fuel & ignition
Emissions
Computer/diagnostic systems
Comfortable using scan tools and diagnostic equipment
Able to diagnose problems accurately rather than simply replacing parts
Own professional tools
Able to work independently and efficiently
Reliable, dependable, and takes pride in quality workmanship
