AC Autobody & Mechanical Service is looking for an experienced, highly skilled automotive technician to join our team. We are a busy, well-established independent repair facility seeking someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys diagnosing complex issues, and is looking for a long-term career with a professional shop.
This position offers the opportunity to grow into a leadership role for the right individual.
Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair domestic and import vehicles
• Perform engine, transmission, suspension, steering, brake, HVAC, and electrical repairs
• Complete routine maintenance and inspections
• Accurately diagnose drivability and electrical concerns
• Maintain detailed repair documentation
• Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
• Collaborate with fellow technicians and office staff to ensure excellent customer service
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional automotive repair experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic skills are a must
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Experience with scan tools and modern vehicle diagnostics
• ASE certifications are a plus
• Valid driver's license
• Dependable, motivated, and professional
