Precision Car Audio & Tint is looking to hire two professional, experienced Automotive Window Tint Installers to join our growing team.
Precision Car Audio & Tint has been in business for over 16 years and has built our reputation around professional automotive services, quality products, and excellent workmanship. We specialize in 3M Automotive Window Tint, car audio, dash cameras, ceramic coatings, and other premium vehicle upgrades.
We are open 7 days a week and currently have both FULL-TIME and PART-TIME positions available.
We are looking for experienced tinters who take pride in producing clean, professional work and want to be part of an established, quality-focused automotive shop.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Professionally install automotive window film on a wide variety of vehicles
- Properly prep and clean glass before installation
- Perform clean, contamination-free installations
- Properly shrink, shape, and install rear window film
- Remove existing window tint when necessary
- Inspect completed vehicles for quality before delivery
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Treat every customer's vehicle with care and professionalism
- Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
- Previous professional automotive window tinting experience is required
- Must be comfortable tinting complete vehicles independently
- Must have strong shrinking and installation skills
- Must be dependable, punctual, and professional
- Must have excellent attention to detail
- Must take pride in producing clean, high-quality work
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced automotive environment
- Experience with premium automotive window films is a plus
- Experience installing 3M Automotive Window Film is a major plus
We are not looking for someone who is just learning how to tint. We are looking for experienced installers who understand professional automotive tint installation and can consistently produce work that meets our standards.
