Experienced Bathroom Remodeler / Multi-Skilled Lead + Helper (Truck Re

Paragon Home Remodeling Group is a premier, high-end residential contractor based in New Jersey. We are expanding and looking for a highly reliable, multi-skilled Lead Remodeler who has their own helper to take on steady, year-round work.

We don't do cheap flip houses. We do high-end bathrooms, custom decks, and full-home renovations. We need a "Jack of all trades" who takes serious pride in their craftsmanship.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

You must have your own reliable truck or van.

You must have your own tools.

You must have a second guy (a helper/laborer) that works with you.

You must know how to do a little bit of everything: High-end bathroom remodels, tile installation (including large format and mosaics), drywall, painting, framing, and general finish carpentry.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

5+ years of hands-on remodeling experience.

Extreme attention to detail. We do not tolerate cut corners.

Must maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site—our clients expect a "white-glove" experience.

Good communication. You must be able to send daily photo updates and communicate issues immediately.

WHY WORK WITH US?

We are a professional, organized company. We provide steady work, we respect our crews, and most importantly—we pay on time, every time. If you do great work and show up when you say you will, you will never have to look for another job again.

IMPORTANT: Please include 3 to 4 photos of your past work (especially tile/bathroom work). We will not hire anyone without seeing photos of their work.
