Experienced Bodyman & Painter Helper – Full Time (Pasadena)

Busy, professional auto body shop in Pasadena is looking to hire for two full-time positions:
1. Experienced Bodyman / Auto Body Technician
2. Experienced Painter Helper / Prepper
These are NOT entry-level or training positions. Minimum 5 years of professional auto body shop experience is required.
BODYMAN REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 years professional collision repair experience
- Panel replacement and body repair
- Dent repair and bodywork
- Disassembly and reassembly
- Proper panel fitment and alignment
- Able to work independently and efficiently
- Must have own tools
- Minimum 5 years professional auto body shop experience
- Must know how to properly prep vehicles for paint
- Must be experienced with sanding and masking
- Must know how to color sand and polish
- Must be able to produce a clean, professional finish
- Must work efficiently and maintain high-quality standards
- Valid driver’s license required
- Reliable and punctual
- Must be looking for a long-term, full-time position
- Must be able to work in Pasadena
