Experienced Body Shop / Reconditioning Manager

🚗 EXPERIENCED BODY SHOP / RECONDITIONING MANAGER
Wholesale Automotive Dealership – Miami Area
We are a fast-growing wholesale & reconditioning dealership looking for a hands-on, experienced Body Shop / Auto Repair Manager to lead and scale our operation.
This is NOT a desk-only role — we need a true operator who understands the shop from the ground up.

🔧 WHAT YOU’LL DO

Lead and manage all reconditioning operations (collision + mechanical)
Oversee vehicle intake → repair → ready-for-sale workflow
Manage technicians, body guys, vendors, and shop efficiency
Source parts aggressively (OEM / aftermarket / used / salvage) at the best prices
Control repair costs, cycle times, and quality standards
Build and enforce processes to streamline production
Work closely with acquisition team on damage evaluation & recon strategy
Ensure vehicles hit profitability and turnaround targets

✅ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

REAL hands-on experience in:

Collision / auto body

Mechanical repair

Strong knowledge of:

Parts sourcing & pricing strategies

Estimating and repair planning

Proven ability to:

Manage a team and drive productivity

Build systems and eliminate bottlenecks

Leadership mindset (not just a supervisor)

Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Bilingual (English / Spanish) – REQUIRED
Experience with salvage / auction vehicles (Copart, IAA, Manheim, etc.) is a PLUS
(We will train the right candidate if background is strong)

⏱️ SCHEDULE

Monday – Friday (8am-5pm)

Must be flexible when needed (auctions, production push, deadlines)
This role requires ownership mindset, not clock-watching

Base Salary:

$60,000 – $95,000+ (based on experience)
