Experienced Cabinet Installer – Custom Cabinetry

Established cabinet manufacturer and general contractor is looking for an experienced cabinet installer / finish carpenter to join our field team.
Cabinet installation is the primary skill we are looking for, but we need someone who is also comfortable handling the miscellaneous construction work that comes with residential remodeling.
The right person should have solid experience with:

• Installing custom kitchen, bathroom and built-in cabinetry
• Accurately laying out, leveling, plumbing and securing cabinets
• Fillers, finished panels, moldings, crown, toe kicks and trim
• Cabinet doors, drawers, hardware and final adjustments
• Light framing and modifying walls/openings as needed
• Drywall installation and patching
• Drywall finishing and texture repairs
• Interior wall preparation and painting/touch-up
• Finish carpentry and general remodeling work
• Working carefully in occupied, higher-end homes

We are looking for someone who can look at a situation, understand what needs to be done and complete the work properly without needing every step explained.
Quality and attention to detail are very important to us. You should be dependable, organized, clean in the customer's home and able to work well with our project managers and other trades.
Requirements:

• Proven cabinet installation experience
• Good finish-carpentry skills
• Working knowledge of framing, drywall and painting
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Able to read plans and cabinet drawings
• Able to lift and install cabinetry safely
• Professional appearance and attitude
• References or examples of previous work preferred

Compensation: $_20__ to $_35__ per hour, depending on experience and demonstrated ability.
