About the Opportunity
Tucker & Associates Staffing is hiring an experienced Cabinet Maker / Fabricator for a well-established
custom cabinet and architectural millwork shop in Santa Rosa producing high-end residential and
luxury custom work. This is a build-focused role for a craftsman who can work from drawings
independently, not a repetitive production line.
Key Responsibilities
• Read and interpret shop drawings, architectural plans, and section/detail views — and flag
dimensional or detail discrepancies before cutting begins.
• Build custom cabinetry and millwork using multiple construction methods (frameless/European 32mm
and face-frame), including a range of door, drawer, and joinery types.
• Break down sheet goods and dimension parts accurately on the table saw and panel saw; edge-band,
drill for line boring/hardware, and assemble to tight tolerances.

• Fabricate and handle veneer and finished panels without damage.
• Install hardware, hinges, and drawer systems (e.g., Blum) to spec.
• Inspect your own work against the drawing set and quality standards before it moves to finishing.
• Keep a safe, organized workspace and hit production deadlines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional custom cabinet or architectural millwork experience.
• Strong, demonstrated ability to read and work independently from shop drawings and construction

details.

• Solid working knowledge of multiple cabinet construction methods and joinery.
• Confident and safe on a table saw and standard shop machinery.

• High attention to detail, reliable, and team-oriented.
