Experienced Cabinet & Trim Installers — High-End Residential, Bay Area

High-end residential finish carpentry and millwork shop serving Marin, San Francisco, and the Peninsula is growing and looking to add to the crew. We work directly with some of the best architects, designers, and general contractors in the Bay Area — the kind of custom work where the tolerances are tight and it has to be right the first time.

WHO WE NEED

Experienced cabinet installers and finish/trim carpenters. This is not an apprentice or entry-level position — we're not training from scratch right now. You should be comfortable reading plans and shop drawings, running your own day, and producing clean, tight work with minimal oversight.

CURRENT WORK

• Stinson Beach — interior tongue-and-groove cedar ceilings, walls, and box beams in a full home remodel
• San Francisco — whole-house cabinet installation across kitchens, baths, closets, and built-ins
• Sebastopol — paneling and a sauna install, need someone on site as soon as next week

WHAT WE OFFER

WHAT YOU NEED

• Several years of hands-on experience in high-end finish carpentry or cabinet installation
• Your own tools and reliable transportation — job sites are spread across Marin, San Francisco, and Sonoma County
• Ability to work independently and solve problems on site
