Experienced Commercial Carpenter / Handyman Wanted

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Carpenter / Handyman to join our growing team. Our work consists of commercial renovations and service work for medical, retail, and office facilities.

We're seeking someone who is well-rounded, takes pride in their work, and can complete a variety of repair, renovation, and maintenance tasks with minimal supervision.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

General commercial carpentry

Metal and wood framing
Drywall installation, repairs, and finishing
Doors, frames, hardware, and trim
Acoustical ceiling installation and repairs
Flooring repairs and installation
Demolition and punch list work
Minor plumbing, electrical, and general handyman repairs
Installing cabinets, accessories, shelving, and miscellaneous fixtures
Reading plans and completing work independently
Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional jobsite

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum 5 years of commercial carpentry experience

Strong handyman and troubleshooting skills
Experience with a wide variety of construction and maintenance tasks
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Own basic hand tools
OSHA certification is a plus, will be required if employed
Dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

SCHEDULE & TRAVEL:

Our projects often require flexibility. Applicants must be willing to work off-hour shifts and weekends as needed to meet project schedules.

Some projects also require overnight travel, so candidates must be willing to stay out of town when necessary. Travel expenses and lodging are provided when applicable.
