EXPERIENCED CARPENTER / CREW LEAD – FRAMING & SIDING

We are looking for a skilled, dependable, multi-talented carpenter to join our team. We need someone who knows construction, can take initiative, and is willing to jump in wherever needed to get the job done.

We’re looking for someone who can:

Perform residential and commercial framing

Install siding, trim, and exterior finishes

Read and understand construction plans

Lead and direct a crew when needed

Lay out work and keep a project moving efficiently

Work independently without constant supervision

Troubleshoot problems in the field and find solutions

Maintain quality workmanship and jobsite safety

Communicate well with project managers, subcontractors, and crew members

Be willing to take on whatever task is needed — we value people who aren't afraid to step outside their normal scope and help the team

We are looking for someone with real field experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to lead by example. You should be dependable, show up ready to work, and take pride in the finished product.

Pay: Depends on skills, experience, and ability to lead. We are willing to pay accordingly for the right person.

Work Area: Eugene / Springfield and surrounding Willamette Valley projects
