Experienced Carpenter – Part-Time / On-Call (Immediate Hire)

Maxwell Tribeca is looking for a skilled, reliable, and proactive Carpenter for immediate side-work assignments and ongoing facility maintenance. If you are detail-oriented, excel at independent troubleshooting, and are looking to pick up extra hours with steady, direct-pay projects, we want to connect with you!

We have immediate, ceiling repairs tasks, as well as general carpentry projects throughout our hospitality areas.

1) Responsibilities:

-Immediate Ceiling Repair & Maintenance: Inspect, troubleshoot, and perform immediate structural/cosmetic repairs on compromised ceiling sections, framing, or drywall.
-Perform general carpentry installations, trim work, cabinetry/fixture repairs, and wood maintenance on an as-needed basis.
-Construct, repair, or adjust wooden structures, framing, doors, shelves, and custom hospitality fixtures.
-Ensure all repairs meet high visual standards appropriate for a high-end social club environment.
-Maintain full compliance with NYC safety regulations and building codes.

2) Requirements:

-Proven practical experience in commercial/hospitality carpentry and general facility maintenance.
-Strong expertise in drywall repair, framing, trim work, and ceiling structures.
-Highly resourceful, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
-Availability: Flexible for part-time assignments, urgent repair calls, and project-based work.
-Must have your own standard carpentry tools and reliable transportation to Tribeca.
