Responsibilities:

Perform general carpentry and construction tasks.
Measure, cut, and install building materials accurately.
Construct and repair wood structures, framing, and other carpentry components.
Read blueprints and project plans.
Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized job site.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule.
Follow all safety regulations and company procedures.

Qualifications:

Previous carpentry or construction experience preferred.
Knowledge of general construction methods and materials.
Ability to use common carpentry tools and equipment.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work.
Reliable transportation and a dependable attendance record.
Ability to work in various weather conditions.
Valid driver's license
