Experienced Carpenter Wanted - Independent Subcontractor

We're looking for an experienced carpenter to join us as an independent subcontractor, with the potential to transition into a full-time employee within 6–8 months for the right person.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Professional attitude and good communication

Requirements:

Must have your own tools
Reliable transportation
Valid driver's license
Ability to complete projects efficiently and maintain a clean job site
Must be punctual and show up ready to work
