Description
We are looking for an Experienced skilled, detail-oriented Carpenter/Cabinet Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in fine woodworking and custom cabinetry, with the ability to take a project from Shop Drawings to final installation. You will be responsible for crafting Custom high-quality, Woodworking and Millwork projects per specifications.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of carpentry, woodworking, Cabinet, Millwork, or related shop experience
Extensive knowledge of Woodworking machinery operation for woodworking applications
Familiarity with drawings and plans, Specifications, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings
Precision: Expert knowledge of measuring, marking, and material yield optimization.
Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting equipment, and shop safety procedures.
Tools: Must be proficient with both stationary machinery and hand power tools. All Tools of Trade
Work Ethic: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet strict production deadlines.
Must be reliable, punctual, Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing project requirements
Excellent communication skills for collaborating effectively with team members and clients.
Physical Ability: Able to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.
Finishing: Apply high-end finishes, including stains, paints, and protective lacquers.
Quality Control: Ensure all joints are precise, hardware is perfectly aligned, and the final product is free of defects.
