EXPERIENCED RESIDENTIAL ROUGH FRAMING CARPENTERS NEEDED.

Looking for experienced Rough Framing Carpenters with at least 4 years of experience.

Seeking individuals who take great pride in their work, have an eye for detail, and will work well with our team and independently.
Candidates should be able to follow detailed instructions and complete tasks in a timely manner.

Common Work Environment:

• Often work in demanding environments, specifically at construction sites.
• Often requires working in heat or cold environments, standing for prolonged periods and working at heights.
• The role is physically demanding and involves heaving lifting and manual labor.

Job Summary:

• Full-time. Hours vary based on business needs.
• Knowledge using power tools, nail guns, staplers, levelers, lasers and other hand tools.
• Blueprint reading.
• Comfortable with heights.
• Comfortable lifting and carrying 25+lbs.

Requirements:

• English preferred but not required.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Must have the physical ability to do intensive labor.
• Must be able to reliably report to assigned work locations.
• Must successfully complete pre-employment screening process.
• Candidates must have access to their own tools and equipment to fulfill job responsibilities.
• All personal tools must meet safety standards and be compliant with company regulations.

Safety & Standards:

• You will be required to adhere to and ensure safety protocols, work practices and safety maintenance quality standards are met.
• You will be required to adhere to PPE requirements (Helmets, safety glasses, gloves, ear protection, etc.).

Buscamos carpinteros con experiencia en estructuras (armazón/framing) y al menos 4 años de trayectoria en el oficio.

Buscamos personas que se enorgullezcan de su trabajo, tengan atención al detalle y sepan trabajar bien tanto en equipo como de manera independiente.

Los candidatos deben ser capaces de seguir instrucciones detalladas y completar las tareas dentro de los plazos establecidos.

Entorno de trabajo habitual:

• Se trabaja frecuentemente en entornos exigentes, específicamente en obras de construcción.
• El trabajo a menudo requiere laborar en condiciones de calor o frío, permanecer de pie durante periodos prolongados y trabajar en alturas.
• El puesto es físicamente exigente e implica levantar cargas pesadas y realizar trabajo manual.

Resumen del puesto:

Requisitos:

• Se prefiere inglés, pero no es obligatorio.
• Debe contar con autorización legal para trabajar en los EE. UU.

• Debe poder presentarse de manera puntual y confiable en los lugares de trabajo asignados.
