A&E está contratando **Carpinteros de Interior y Pintores/Yeseros con experiencia** para trabajo estable y de tiempo completo en proyectos de renovación residencial de alta calidad en NYC.

**SE REQUIERE MÍNIMO 5+ AÑOS DE EXPERIENCIA PROFESIONAL.**

Trabajamos en renovaciones de apartamentos, condominios, brownstones, cocinas, baños y renovaciones interiores completas en New York City.

**CARPINTEROS:** Deben tener experiencia con framing interior, instalación de puertas y marcos, baseboards, trim, molduras, finish carpentry, gabinetes, millwork, soffits, blocking y renovaciones de cocinas y baños.

**PINTORES / YESEROS:** Deben tener experiencia con plaster, reparación de paredes, skim coat, drywall finishing, taping/compound, patching, sanding, preparación de superficies, primer y pintura interior de alta calidad.

**REQUISITOS:**

• Mínimo 5+ años de experiencia profesional
• Trabajo limpio y de alta calidad
• Responsable y puntual
• Capacidad de trabajar independientemente
• Experiencia en renovaciones residenciales en NYC preferida
• Poder viajar confiablemente a diferentes proyectos en NYC
• Disponibilidad para trabajar full time

A&E is hiring **experienced Interior Carpenters and Painter/Plasterers** for steady, full-time work on high-end residential renovation projects throughout NYC.

**MINIMUM 5+ YEARS PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.**

We work on apartment, condo, brownstone, kitchen, bathroom, and complete interior renovations throughout New York City.

**CARPENTERS:** Must have experience with interior framing, doors/jambs, baseboard, trim, molding, finish carpentry, cabinets, millwork, soffits, blocking, and kitchen/bathroom renovations.

**PAINTERS / PLASTERERS:** Must have experience with plaster repair, skim coating, drywall finishing, taping/compound, patching, sanding, surface preparation, primer, and high-quality interior painting.

**REQUIREMENTS:**

• 5+ years professional experience
• High-quality, clean workmanship
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to work independently
• NYC residential renovation experience preferred
• Must be able to reliably travel to NYC jobsites
• Full-time availability
