**CPR Cell Phone Repair **

CPR Cell Phone Repair is hiring an experienced Cell Phone Repair Technician to join our growing team! We are an Apple Independent Repair Provider (IRP), Samsung ISP, and Assurant Authorized Repair Center servicing Apple, Samsung, Google, Motorola, and other major brands.

**Compensation**

• Starting at **$20.00/hour** for experienced technicians
• Higher pay available based on experience, soldering skills, certifications, and performance
• Full-time position with opportunities for advancement

**Responsibilities**

• Diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, and other mobile devices
• Replace screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras, speakers, and other components
• Perform soldering and board-level repairs when needed (microsoldering experience is a huge plus)
• Learn and follow Apple, Samsung, and company repair procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store
• Organize inventory, tools, and repair parts
• Learn and use our POS, inventory, and repair management systems
• Provide excellent customer service
• Assist with general day-to-day store operations

**Qualifications**

• Previous cell phone repair experience required
• Experience repairing iPhone, Samsung, Google Pixel, Motorola, and other Android devices
• Soldering or microsoldering experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Reliable, organized, and punctual
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Excellent customer service skills

**Responsabilidades**

• Diagnosticar y reparar celulares, tabletas y otros dispositivos electrónicos
• Cambiar pantallas, baterías, puertos de carga, cámaras y bocinas
• Realizar trabajos de soldadura y reparación de tarjetas electrónicas cuando sea necesario (la microsoldadura es una gran ventaja)
• Aprender y seguir los procedimientos de reparación de Apple, Samsung y la empresa
• Mantener la tienda limpia, organizada y profesional
• Organizar herramientas, inventario y piezas
• Aprender nuestros sistemas de ventas, inventario y órdenes de reparación
• Brindar excelente atención al cliente
• Ayudar con las operaciones diarias de la tienda

**Requisitos**

• Experiencia previa en reparación de celulares
• Experiencia con iPhone, Samsung, Google Pixel, Motorola y otros dispositivos Android
• Experiencia en soldadura o microsoldadura es una gran ventaja
• Buenas habilidades de diagnóstico
• Responsable, puntual y organizado
• Buena actitud y deseos de aprender
