Title: Experienced Cement Finishers Wanted – Albany Area; Orange County, Ulster County, Sullivan County, Montgomery County, Dutchess County, parts of Delaware County, parts of Greene County, and parts of Columbia County.

Location: Albany, NY

Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience

Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time

We are currently looking for experienced cement finishers to join our union (Local 780) for ongoing and upcoming projects in the Albany area. If you take pride in quality workmanship and have solid experience working with concrete, we’d like to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities:

Forming, pouring, and finishing concrete
Sidewalks, curbs, slabs, and general flatwork
Screeding, floating, edging, and troweling
Reading basic site plans and measurements
Maintaining a clean and safe job site

Requirements:

Proven experience as a cement mason or concrete finisher
OSHA Card required
Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
Reliable transportation
Strong work ethic and ability to work with a team
Must be dependable and show up on time
Own basic hand tools
Social Security Card required
Preferred (but not required):
Experience with stamped or decorative concrete
Ability to set forms and grade
