Commercial HVAC Service Technician – Boilers / Hydronics (NJ)

GPH Boiler & Mechanical Inc. is hiring an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician for steady work across North & Central New Jersey.

We service commercial and multifamily buildings only:
apartments, hotels, senior housing

NO residential service work.

-$35-45/hr depending on experience
-Overtime available
-Take-home van (for qualified techs)
-Year-round work (no seasonal layoffs)
-Paid holidays / PTO (if applicable)
-Retirement plan
-Yearly bonus potential

Schedule:

-Monday–Friday
-On-call rotation required
-Overtime available year-round

We are looking for:

Experienced commercial techs who can run service calls independently.

Minimum 5+ years commercial HVAC experience required

Strong experience in:

Boilers (high-efficiency + conventional)

Hydronic heating systems
Domestic hot water systems
Pumps
Electrical and control troubleshooting
(Experience with RTUs, condensers, cooling systems) is a plus
