EXPERIENCED COMMERCIAL PAINTERS NEEDED

Riddle Painting & Coatings is looking for experienced commercial painters to join our Phoenix team. We are especially interested in painters who have previous foreman or crew-lead experience and are capable of running commercial painting projects.
PAY: $21–$34 PER HOUR
Compensation will be based on experience, skill level, leadership ability, and ability to run jobs.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years of commercial painting experience
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must meet E-Verify employment eligibility requirements (2 forms of ID)
• Dependable, professional, and able to work as part of a TEAM
• Willing to work occasional nights, weekends, and out-of-town projects when required

EXPERIENCE WE VALUE
Experience in any of the following is a plus:

• Commercial interior and exterior painting
• Airless spraying
• Brush and roll application
• Epoxy and specialty coatings
• Electrostatic painting
• Drywall repair and patching
• Operating boom lifts and scissor lifts
• Reading plans and specifications
• Running crews and managing job sites
• Coordinating manpower, materials, and equipment
• Communicating with customers, superintendents, and project managers
• OSHA training and lift certifications

FOREMAN OPPORTUNITIES
We are actively looking for experienced painters who have the ability to step into a foreman position and run jobs.
Qualified foreman candidates should have experience directing crews, planning daily work, maintaining production and quality, communicating with customers and management, and taking responsibility for a project from start through completion.
Company vehicles are available for qualified foremen.

Most work is located throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area, with occasional out-of-town projects within Arizona.

SCHEDULE

Monday–Friday with shifts based on customer and project needs. Some projects may require night shifts, weekends, or travel within Arizona.
