Experienced Commercial Painters Wanted – Subcontractor Opportunities

Visual Paint is looking for experienced commercial painters and painting crews for ongoing interior and exterior projects throughout the Metro Detroit area.

We are seeking reliable, professional subcontractors with commercial painting experience who can complete quality work, communicate clearly, and meet project schedules.

**Work may include:**

• Interior and exterior commercial painting
• Surface preparation, scraping, sanding, and patching
• Brush, roller, and spray applications
• Masonry, drywall, ceilings, doors, trim, and other commercial surfaces
• Maintaining clean and organized job sites

**Requirements:**

• Proven commercial painting experience
• Reliable transportation
• Proper tools and equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a crew
• Strong attention to detail
• Professional appearance and communication
• Ability to meet deadlines and follow job specifications
• General liability insurance and workers’ compensation preferred

Compensation is paid on a per-project subcontractor basis and will be discussed based on the scope of work, experience, crew size, and capabilities.
