EXPERIENCED COMMERCIAL & RESIDENTIAL PAINTERS WANTED
$22–$32/HR DOE + BENEFITS + YEAR-ROUND WORK

Established Orange County painting contractor is hiring experienced professional painters for both high-end residential and commercial projects.

We are looking for experienced painters who know the trade, take pride in their work, show up reliably, and are interested in long-term employment with an established company.

This is a full-time, year-round position — not temporary or project-based work.

COMPENSATION

• $22–$32 per hour, depending on experience and skill level
• Full-time, year-round work
• Overtime opportunities when available

TYPE OF WORK
Our projects include both commercial painting and high-end residential work throughout Orange County, with occasional projects in Los Angeles County.

Applicants should be comfortable working in professional construction environments as well as occupied high-end homes where cleanliness, protection, and attention to detail are extremely important.

EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum 3 years of professional painting experience preferred
• Commercial and/or residential painting experience
• Interior and exterior painting
• Proper surface preparation
• Patching and minor drywall repair
• Sanding and caulking
• Masking and protection
• Brush and roller application
• Spray application experience is a plus
• Ability to produce clean, professional-quality finished work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a crew

• Be able to report directly to jobsites throughout Orange County
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance
• Work respectfully around customers, homeowners, contractors, and other trades
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Take pride in quality workmanship

Bilingual English/Spanish is helpful but not required.
