Experienced Commercial Service Tech

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial settings. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot various HVAC systems effectively. Duties

Perform preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacement, and modifications as needed or requested by customer.
Responsible for servicing products and equipment on assigned projects and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Performs repairs, overhauls, and start-ups of commercial HVAC systems
Uses a variety of hand tools, follows blueprints, wiring diagrams, piping schemes, or engineering specifications to diagnose and repair units.
Provides technical support to customers and effectively reports to Supervisor on repairs or replacements in a timely manner.
Familiar with Pelican, Pneumatic, and Sunbelt controls is a plus.
Uses ServiceTrade software to check schedule and import detailed notes and photos for the location.
Maintains company vehicle with record of service.
Skills

Associate degree, HVAC trade school certification, or 5-year apprenticeship program.
Valid Driver' license
Clean driving and criminal record.
Neat and clean professional appearance.
Ability to lift 50 pounds.
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work performed.
