Job Description:
Medusa Concrete and Paving Inc. is looking for a reliable, highly skilled Concrete Finisher with a strong eye for detail. We specialize in high-quality commercial and residential projects, including driveways, patios, steps, foundations, and stamped/decorative concrete.
Responsibilities:
Set forms, pull screeds, and finish concrete surfaces to precise grade. Produce high-quality finishes (smooth trowel, broom finish, stamped, and exposed aggregate). Direct concrete trucks and manage smooth pours on-site.Safely operate power trowels, vibrators, walk-behind saws, and hand tools.
Requirements:Minimum 3–5+ years of professional concrete finishing experience. Proficient with hand tools, floats, edgers, and finishing machinery. Must have reliable transportation to jobsites around South Jersey/Camden County.Strong work ethic, punctual, and physically capable of heavy lifting.Valid driver’s license is a major plus.
