We are an established, busy general engineering construction company in the Santa Cruz area looking for **experienced concrete finishers, form setters, and decorative concrete specialists** to join us on upcoming projects.

We are looking for skilled individuals or an experienced crew that takes pride in quality workmanship, knows how to get the job done right, and can work efficiently without constant supervision.

**EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR:**

• Concrete finishing — smooth, broom, and decorative finishes
• **Stamped concrete — experience with patterns, textures, colors, and release agents**
• Decorative and architectural concrete work
• Form setting for patios, driveways, walkways, slabs, and foundations
• Retaining wall forming, including poured-in-place concrete walls
• Concrete placement, screeding, floating, edging, and finishing
• Proper grading, elevations, slopes, and drainage
• Ability to read plans, establish layouts, and work independently
• Experience with reinforcement, rebar, and concrete preparation
