Position Overview:

We are currently hiring experienced Concrete Form Setters and Finishers to join our field team. Ideal candidates have strong experience with forming, pouring, and finishing residential concrete and take pride in producing consistent, high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set and align forms for patios, driveways, sidewalks, and walkways
• Grade, compact, and prep job sites
• Pour, spread, and level concrete
• Finish concrete using floats, trowels, edgers, and other tools
• Apply a variety of finishes (broom, stamped, etc.)
• Ensure proper curing and protection of surfaces
• Remove forms and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Adhere to company safety standards and procedures

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with residential concrete form setting and finishing
• Ability to interpret plans and execute jobs to spec
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Physically able to lift heavy materials and work in changing weather conditions
• Positive attitude, punctual, and works well with others
