Established home improvement company with 30+ years in business is hiring a full-time Concrete Floor Coating Installer for steady residential and light commercial work in Hampton Roads (Chesapeake, Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Suffolk and surrounding areas).

This is a full-time W2 position with weekly pay and consistent year-round work.

Requirements:

• Experience with polyurea, polyaspartic, or epoxy floor coating systems
• Experience with professional surface prep (diamond grinding, dust collection, crack repair, moisture mitigation)
• Reliable transportation and basic tools (grinders/vacuums a plus)
• Professional, reliable, and customer-focused
• Ability to work independently and as part of a crew
