We're seeking an EXPERIENCED CONCRETE FOREMAN for an immediate start in Tampa!
Must be able to:
- Lead and supervise concrete crews on job sites
- Read plans, drawings, and specifications
- Coordinate daily work, manpower, materials, and equipment
- Oversee layout, forming, reinforcing, pouring, finishing, and stripping
- Maintain production schedules and quality standards
- Enforce job-site safety procedures
- Communicate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and other trades
- Track crew hours and daily job progress
- Identify field issues and help resolve them before they affect the schedule
Full-Time. Steady Work. We Pay Weekly. Every Friday!
