Position: Concrete Foreman

Location: Tampa Bay Area
Schedule: Full-Time
Pay: Based on experience
Pay Frequency: Weekly – Get Paid This Friday!!!

We're seeking an EXPERIENCED CONCRETE FOREMAN for an immediate start in Tampa!

Must be able to:

• Lead and supervise concrete crews on job sites
• Read plans, drawings, and specifications
• Coordinate daily work, manpower, materials, and equipment
• Oversee layout, forming, reinforcing, pouring, finishing, and stripping
• Maintain production schedules and quality standards
• Enforce job-site safety procedures
• Communicate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and other trades
• Track crew hours and daily job progress
• Identify field issues and help resolve them before they affect the schedule

We offer full-time, steady work with potential overtime opportunities. Compensation is based on position, skills, and experience.
